Being a customer myself, I have fallen victim to poor customer service far too frequently. That is why I strive to provide my own customers with the most superb service possible; treating each one of them how I would like to be treated. Within my 30 years of retail, wholesale, marketing, and all experiences in between, I have met the realization that customer service is really quite simple: you need not only meet but exceed beyond any expectations one might have in mind. I am a firm believer that expectations are not to be achieved but far surpassed. In my past, I have done so in various instances. Back when I had dry cleaning stores, one of my customers found out at 2 AM that he was to deploy and needed his Battle Dress Uniform. Upon his phone call relaying this information, I quickly met him at my store without a second thought and gave him his BDU. This instance highlights how it is the customer that matters regardless and above all other surrounding circumstances. I want all customers to be as satisfied with other services they consume as they are with Cleaners To You. Because of such passion for quality customer service, I founded a company tailored to improving those services. I named the company Patron Perspective. This firm has a mission to improve customer service by helping a company view its business from a patron’s perspective.
