We always handle your clothes with the utmost care and precaution in good and bad weather. On that note, we deliver in rain or shine for your convenience.

How do I pay for your service?

We gladly accept Visa, Master, Discover, American Express cards and checks for your ease.

Is there a delivery fee?

Pick-up and delivery is a free service to you. We don't put a price on your convenience.

How do I schedule a pick-up order?

Our pick-up and drop-off days are every Tuesday and Friday. To place a pick-up, visit the "Schedule a Pick-Up" tab to your left to fill out the request form. If you need further assistance, please call 301-906-9997.

What effect does your cleaning process have on the environment?

None at all. Our cleaning process is 100% harmless. We assure that our service is eco-friendly and environmentally-safe!

How can I be confident in your service?

We have had 20 years in the dry cleaning business. Throughout that time we have perfected the art of satisfying all of our customers on a personal level. We yearn to contribute to making your week a little less frenzied.

How do your prices differ from in-store cleaners and other pick-up and delivery services?

You save money in many ways by using our service. As for in-store cleaners, you don't have to pay to drive to the cleaners anymore because now the cleaners come to you! In addition to that, we have year-round promotions so you can ease up on your wallet a bit. Our prices are very competitive compared to other pick-up and delivery services. Do I have to be present at the time of pick-up and/or delivery?

No, you do not have to be present at your home or office at the time of pick-ups or drop-offs. If your clothes will be delivered to your home, we will conveniently locate them on your front door or at your location of preference. If your clothes need to be picked-up and you are a returning customer, simply leave them in a counter bag (which is given) next to your front door. If you are a first-time patron simply place your clothes in a plastic bag of your choice, (write Cleaners To You on the bag to assure it will not be mistaken) then place the bag next to your front door. If your clothes will be delivered to your office, we can work out a location of pick-up and drop-off via e-mail or phone.

Do I have to fill out any contracts?

We have no contracts because our goal is to make this process as simple as we can and this is one of the ways we do so, no strings attached!

Additional Clothing Care:

-Do not leave your cleaned garments in the plastic cover which is given at the time of delivery. Without the cover over your clothing, your garments will be able to breathe.
-Do not attempt to remove a stain from your clothing on your own. It is best to leave it to professionals.
-Dry cleaning does not cause your clothes to prematurely age. It actually prolongs the life of your clothing.
